Covington WA Rotary - A Message from the Club President

Rotary Club of Covington, like Rotary Clubs around the world are committed to Sharing, Service Above Self and the Four Way Test. We are proud to be a part of the Community of Covington, Washington and a part of the World Community of Rotarians who are committed to making the lives of others better, healthier and safer. We are presently working with 2 grants to re-open Jenkins Creek Park in Covington. We've been actively involved in the Dictionary Program for 3rd graders, we've helped with the Christmas Tree Lighting, served pancakes in the Multi-care Park, are actively working with the other service groups such as Lions, Kiwanas, and the Chamber to make Covington Days 2008 a great event, we're helping with the education of 10 children in the Philippines, we're helping with a village in Diriamba Nicaragua with food and supplying a generator for the Medical Clinic, helping with water in Guatemala, working to help with Autism, one girl, more therapy, and we're attempting to help where ever we're able.
